Laser cutting can leave edges that look darkened or slightly burnt. That appearance is a normal part of the cutting process, and the amount of darkening can vary from piece to piece.

If you notice loose residue, gently wipe it away with a dry, soft cloth. Test a small spot first, especially before placing a piece on a surface you want to protect. Avoid soaking the wood.

Yes! Since the kit contains only the wood pieces, you can choose the colors and supplies that suit your project. If you’re planning a particular finish, test it on an inconspicuous area first.

If you’re purchasing a digital item, check its product listing for delivery details. The wood kits themselves are physical products, not downloads.

Orders ship within 4–7 days via USPS or UPS. Delivery time comes after that, and busy seasons may take a little longer.

Our items are not refundable. But if there’s an error with your order, like a missing piece, a damaged item, or the wrong item, contact us with your order number and a photo and we’ll make it right.
